We lost our window cleaners in the first lockdown, they vanished and never came back. After several months we found a new one, but having had them twice I'm not impressed. Just had to go out and re-clean two or the downstairs windows, can't do anything about the bits they missed upstairs, and they made a tiny chip on one window. Can't prove it and they're not going to admit it so I binned them off.
I'm wondering about getting one of those long poles to do them myself. Anyone know if they actually do a half-decent job?
