Prolapse or something else?

I'm 13 weeks postpartum with my second child.

In shower, had a feel and felt a rounded soft (not sore to touch) fleshy bulge inside my vagina on the posterior side about half a finger up, sort of walnut sized buy hard to be sure.

Pelvic floor is weak (can't hold a wee in when desperate) but I have no pain and sex isn't uncomfortable.

Thoughts? GP job or normal? Do I do kegals for 6 weeks and see if it remains?

Did you have any stitches in either of your deliveries ? It could be scar tissue that you are feeling. Also sorry to be graphic but If you haven’t had a recent poo it could probably be that you’re actually feeling, as hideous as that sounds OP. You can sometimes feel it through your posterior vaginal wall, like a protruding lump.

It could be a rectocele prolapse. I have this from birth 1. Done kegels for years but not fixed it, but it might in your case as we're all different.
I didnt see a doctor as was constantly seeing doctor for other things after the birth and felt like an absolute burden. It's not too terrible though

Definitely call the dr and see if you can get a telephone appointment. Always better to get these things checked out.
