How old are your children?
Sounds quite fun to me, I have to say.

bubblagirl · 01/11/2007 12:05

just ask her if you can have room to yourself as dc wouldnt settle well in crowded room

i'm sure if her friends are going they wouldnt mind sharing a room sounds good to me these events are always bit off putting and then when there you'll enjoy it just mention the own room for you in case dc need to go down earlier and you dont want anyone else disturbing them it'll be for one night have fun its good to something you wouldnt normally do once in a while

Can you stay in a travel lodge/ b&b? I wouldnt be happy with that either tbh.

kerala · 01/11/2007 12:19

Well if you're child-free and lots of booze involved, I reckon you'll be fine. Take a blow up mattress, sleeping bag etc. And just accept that you'll be up late and up early

Reading that back it doesn't sound that great for a child-free night!
