An old injury has been making itself felt recently. On bad days, I need a crutch. I’ve been trying to ignore it, but wfh, as many others are, is taking its toll. Sitting for long periods is really unhelpful, but how else can I live teach, share powerpoints etc? Anyway, it occurred to me this week that heat helps, so I chucked on the wheat bag thing, then realised that a hot water bottle made more sense/lasted longer.
I think I’m an idiot! I’ve just ignored the injury, carried on, done nothing to help myself. Mug, I’ve made things 100% worse.
So, to the point! What basic self care have you neglected recently and now you’re regretting not spending that little bit of time on yourself?
