I had my first covid injection just over 1 week ago, I was told I may have some soreness in the arm, swelling etc. My arm swelled right up after 24hrs.
But my arm is still really really swollen and very painful. I have a rock hard and red hot lump about 8cm wide at the injection site which isnt getting any smaller, it's getting bigger if anything but maybe softer. Otherwise I feel fine!
WIBU to call 111? They did tell me swelling and pain was normal when I had the injection but how long before i should worry? Or am i just being a baby 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I don't want to waste NHS time!

Call 119 which is the Covid helpline.

I would call your doctor

I would ring, you won’t be wasting their time, if you need to be seen by a dr they’ll let you know

I would call them. Perfectly valid reason to do so x
