If you thought someone was committing fraud would you contact the police?
Or DWP?
Or would you just leave it alone?
What if you really disliked this person?

You have to let it go.

You always say you will try to move on

If I had concerns that someone elderly or vulnerable was being defrauded then I probably would mention it. For me that is similar to safeguarding. Reporting isn't attributing guilt. It's allowing the relevant people to assess the situation. It I had a safeguarding concern then I would report it so the relevant people can investigate. If all is good then great. If there was something untoward then that's helped a vulnerable person. Same for a fraud situation

Interestingly I am sure there was a post in here a little while ago where the OP thought her friend was committing fraud. Taking advantage of an elderly grandparent. They had a feeling but no proof....

If you have been cleared of wrong doing please move on. It does you no good to keep asking why. Enjoy your life, there is nothing that irks these type of people more.

@LolaSmiles if these were genuine concerns yes ..but even then me personally I wouldn't stick my nose in ...without "proof"
To do it maliciously is disgusting
