Snoring

Lighthearted maybe .. but to break up with him over snoring . Between him n the dog I get no sleep and ive had just about enough now 😴
Its literally ruining my sleep pattern. We have no spare bedroom only a uncomfortable sofa so when he sleeps on there the odd night I feel guilty and when I sleep on there I feel angry I have too cause of his snoring .

And i do wear ear plugs but they give me headache and pain in back of my head sometimes

Has he tried anything like the nasal strips or spray? I’ve seen other people mention these things before so they might be worth a try.
I don’t suppose nudging him onto his side makes a difference? It usually does with my DH only I find a nudge isn’t quite enough sometimes 🙈
