I've been wearing either PJ bottoms (very stylish) or my black leggings for the past few months... and am fed up and keen to find something comfy that I actually want to wear in the daytime!

The summer was great - I've dresses aplenty and great wide legged linen trousers that bring a smile to my face.

So HELP PLEASE - Where do you buy trousers/loungewear online for a chubby 16/18 with a good waist but rather large bum and hips? I'm happy to spend up to £60 or so and would love a couple of pairs - to see me through the next few months as I lose the stone I've put on recently.

I've recently bought some emergency clothes from matalan as I couldn't squeeze into my old leggings any more Blush.

I would really reccomend! I got biker jeggings and a couple of pairs of really thick leggings which are great quality. One pair are called utility leggings and have like cargo pockets on the side and I LOVE them. They also have some pretty nice loungewear sets on the website at the moment too.

Uniqlo - reasonably priced and mostly very good quality! I live in their jeggings - even wear them outside the house to work

Take a look at Sweaty Betty, their leggings, vests and coords are amazing, look fabulous, so comfy, and no annoying hoicking needed. I found them for yoga but their clothes have become my lockdown uniform. I am a generous 16/18.

Bows Boutique or I Saw It First

Give Ruby and Daisy's magic trousers a try. So comfy, but smarter than joggers.

Kukubird Curve lounge wear is amazing! And very cheap.

evans do nice wide leg joggers. Their wide leg black work trousers are also really comfortable. You just need to bear in mind that as Arcadia are in administration you don't have your normal rights to return stuff.

MindBodyChocolate · 22/01/2021 17:54

Saint and Sofia have various jersey trouser options, or baukjen? They're not cheap but their stuff is nicely designed and lasts.

M&S have a loungewear range which is reasonable price and they subscribe to the better cotton initiative so it's win win.
