To not tell him if I am pregnant?

NC for this.

I had unprotected sex twice (once at night and once in morning) and whilst it's unlikely I'm pregnant, I could be. It is with someone I am not in a relationship with and is very unlikely I ever would be.

If I am pregnant, AIBU to just terminate the pregnancy without telling him? I guess you could say we are friends (loosely) and have some mutual friends. I'm likely to spend time with him again in social settings.

If you'd be set on a termination and you don't want or need anything (emotional support, someone to drive you etc) from him then I don't see why you'd tell him.

Take a test before worrying too much. If you’re set on a termination then I don’t see why you’d tell him, especially if there’s no chance he’ll find out.

Though it might be a lesson to him in using condoms if he’s going to have casual sex as there are often consequences.

No, don't tell him if you don't want to. It's your body, your private medical information, he has no right to it.

If you wanted to tell him in a 'I got pregnant, you need to be more careful' way then that's your choice. But I've heard of lots of men being dicks about women having abortions and telling all and sundry 'she killed my baby!', just to get sympathy, so in your situation I wouldn't give him the ammunition.

Yanbu. Do what feels right for you.

Xmassprout · 20/01/2021 16:27

In those circumstances I wouldn't tell him
