AIBU to say how great the NHS is?

Just want to say they looked after my step dad when he died with covid, Dp has had 5 heart attack s and I am now in hospital. Just saying they are great.

It can be very good when it gets it right
But very bad when it gets it wrong
Incidentally looking at a letter from central screening....yes I know my smear is overdue but my gp surgery isnt doing them atm so....
