I cant even sit up and watch TV like mary let alone watch TV with my shoes on next to the biscuits! And now the elephant is dead 😭

Yeah the dogs dont bother me, I have a cat but sometimes the thought that her paws have dug her litter tray then she walks around is a bit

When I'm on the sofa its feet up, I cant imagine relaxing in literally a desk chair or relaxing in my shoes? I guess the germs are same as the dogs if you think about it but how is it remotely relaxing

I think the perfectly arranged and untouched cakes are their little quirk (although far too try hard imo).

Just like the brother and sister with the creepy relationship have their quirky coffee mugs.

The mugs are not as quirky as being related to the Chuckle Brothers

I say this out loud every time I see this family on goggle box. Their shoes are always near the cakes of which never seem to get eaten. Or perhaps they do afterwards. I like the family, but all those Rottweilers scare me. I was once chased by a Rottweiler when I was a child. Shudder.

I have no experience of rottweilers, cant recall if I've been close to one and obvs they have a reputation but I've read they are amazing family pets.

Couldn’t care less about shoes. I think a lot of the slightly odd looking chair arrangements are to make sure they can squeeze everyone in on camera, aren’t they

I'm a shoes off person- couldn't really care less what anyone else does tbh but looking at those bright white trainers makes me think product placement?

I have my shoes off of course when I’m sat on the sofa but if I was on national tv I definitely would not be about to get my toes out and would probably put some shoes on haha

Thanks goodness it’s nice not just me that finds this disgusting. I didn’t even think about he dogs it’s more the shoes next to the biscuits that makes my stomach churn. They don’t eat them often but I have seen the son pick up a biscuit once or twice ( not recently though)

Surely they don’t have them there for show and then throw them out?? That would be a ridiculous waste

I like the Malone but every time they show their feet next to the cakes I wince!

I kind of assumed they are indoor shous once because I realised how clean they are. Like they've never been out

I like Giles and Mary's set up. I can definitely see myself cemented into my grubby, patterned armchair surrounded by books and wearing calf length wool skirts with holey tights in a decade or two. Can't wait.
