First.....I know there's so much tragedy going on in the world and I'm glad my problems are small ones.

DH has recently started to not flush after peeing. It's horrible and strong and stinks. His defence is a half hearted attempt at trying to save polar bears. In reality he's trying to safe money. The en-suite loo gets stained so I'm killing off all sorts by pour bleach there often. Now he's started doing it in the tiny down stairs loo which is opposite the living room door. It's long been agreed that nobody should poo in there because of noise and smell etc. AIBU to ask DH flush after peeing?! Today I was so overwhelmed with the smell I lost it a little and his attitude didn't help. To me it's disgusting to not flush especially if your a man with stinky wee, (do you think men's wee is stronger than women's?) I've got two boys, what if they follow suit!

And David Attenborough will probably want to take some pee on his travels now so that he can lie in his unsuspecting stars.

And your husband will think he’s Archie Pluff and still expect you to flush for him and all. Now that his fluid is an integral part of the blue planet or something.

We do not live in a country with a water shortage. Not flushing after peeing is disgusting.

Yuck. Toilets should be flushed after every use, no matter if it's a number 1 or a 2! The cost is minuscule.

Yup. I am withh pp concerned about TAHT strong smell.

I know people who live by "if it's yellow, let it mellow" for the planet. I can't 👀
