CF thread

Has anyone ever experienced a CF? Please tell me your stories

I had one. Parents used to send their 9 year old DS to play with my DS on our local rec, it was opposite our house, he lived about 5 mins away. Once he fell out of a tree and looked very white - was breathing, talking normally etc but I was concerned so got him in my car with my baby dd, DS1&2 and drove him round to his house (he lived at top of a steep hill so didn't want to make him walk). When I got there parents were out! Apparently they did their big shop regularly while he was out unbeknownst to me. I had to take him to hospital as he started vomiting. I didn't know his DOB or anything but hospital staff were lovely.

I once knew a CF journalist (well wannabee-isnt everyone a journalist these days ) who posted on Mumsnet to try and generate click fodder for the Daily Mail.
