AIBU that people are BU much more these days?

I read a lot of these threads and, while some are quite reasonable, there ard a lot of people getting angry over things that, really, are first world problems eg missed delivery slots, holiday not being granted etc. My view is that a lot of people need to calm the f@ck down and realise that most of us are doing our best - and I say this both as a business owner, and someone who is a front line health care professional.

It's always been the way on Mumsnet since long before the pandemic.

Some people will get angry/impatient about the slightest little thing.

It's because everyone's anxiety and mental health are shot to pieces.

If you're not on edge almost all of the time at the moment, I don't believe you.

Having said that, the most angry/batshit posters are mostly the sort who were "too shocked to say anything at the time", even though their petty gripe is about as significant as a gnat's fart 🙄
