Bought a pair of trainers for my DS last weekend, and today one of the flashing lights has stopped working!

He is only 18mo but the lights have help reduce HUGE tantrums when getting ready to go out and he's now noticed that one of them isnt working

I'm in a complaining mood and am wondering if it'll get me anywhere to discuss this with them? What do you reckon?

YANBU - but it depends whether there is a fault with the shoe or whether the battery has stopped working as to whether you will get anywhere.

The standard defence is that they are sellign the product not the battery (if indeed that is the case).

If it is the battery is it easy to get to/replacable? Are there instructions for it? - If not then you might have more of a case.

You could always try - nothing to lose.

Its only a small light (the size of a 20p ish), and i cant see where a battery would go... I think i may call, perhaps i can get a voucher for the next ones i'll have to buy
