To ask you for any ideas?? Period related

I'm having a weird morning and wondered if anyone has any ideas?

Period started two days ago, was light but woke up this morning quite heavy and have had to change underwear twice already.

When I woke up my underwear was soaking wet, no idea if blood, urine or sweat (black underwear). Assuming sweat as pad wasn't soaked. I also woke up with no pj bottoms on, absolutely no idea why!

My arms and legs are weak, my right shoulder more so, I can't left it with out sharp pains.

I have a migraine and feel like vomiting.

Ds has been up in the night vomiting so assume I have that too, but the arm and leg weakness is weird.

Any ideas?? I will call gp/111 later if gets worse but keen to avoid

Is there any chance you could be pregnant OP? Shoulder pain could mean ectopic pregnancy?

Definitely not pregnant, I've been sterilised 7 years and we hardly have sex

Isn't sickness in kids a sign of covid? There are so many symptoms now, it might be worth getting a test. Other than that could you have slept in a funny position? I'm in peri and often wake up with pjs ripped off because I get so hot.

I'm also capable of taking my PJs off in my sleep. Usually find them screwed up in bed though.

With all of these weird symptoms considered you should definitely seek a proper medical opinion at the soonest opportunity. Call 111
