As in, do you have to wrestle with yourself to concentrate? Or are you very interested in your work so can do it fairly easily?
I'm wondering how much of a struggle is 'normal' when it comes to concentration on work. Every job has interesting bits (well, if you're lucky I guess) and boring bits.
Do you ever struggle? Or glide through?
I have an ADHD diagnosis but can't try medication until I get heart evaluated and with the pandemic who knows when that will be, however I still feel doubtful about that anyway and think I should be able to concentrate better...so am wondering if there is some depression at play (as I seem to be getting worse concentration wise) as I have a lot of family stress going on too.
