WIBU to give up on online parents evening?

First appointment was at 4.30, each appointment is five minutes long, logged in at 4.25, followed instructions, and proceeded to wait for the teacher to start the meeting. 4.35 rolls around, appointment automatically ends without my having spoken to the teacher. I’m on appointment number three and the same thing has happened for both this and appointment number 2 - I have appointments every 5 mins until 5.05 - WIBU to sack this off and go and drink cocktails and watch The Chase?

Yep forget it.

You can update the teacher (or vice verse) via email.

When this happened to me I realised I had to scroll down and there was another bit to click to join the meeting - very embarrassing

If there is anything important they can always email and request a chat.

Are you using the schoolcloud.co.uk system? I only ask because I’m about to start parents evenings and it’s having issues!
