Scottish Power

Does anyone have the address for Keith Anderson; CEO of Scottish Power. I was placed with when Tonik Energy ceased trading, and despite numerous emails asking them what their rates per unit were, I got nowhere, finally I received a response and realised their tariff's were way to expensive. I went on USwitch and they put me on to Shell Energy. Despite my giving Shell my electricity and gas readings, they passed the wrong meter readings over to Scottish Power for final bill. S.P. are now trying to get me to pay an astronomical amount for energy not used. I have spoken with several agents belonging to S.P. and Shell and Shell are now doing a 1 - 7 day reading to see what my meters read. Next reading 18Jan. When they have that reading they will send S.P. the correct final reading. I have told S.P. this and send them the email confirming this from Shell. Yet still I get harassment emails from S.P. obviously noone at S.P. is reading my emails. I now want to email the CEO direct to see if I can get some intelligent response.

I used to work with them.

Sorry but emailing the ceo won’t help at all. If it were me I’d call their collections department and get them to put a hold on your account until the end of the month, giving you time for the meter readings to be sorted.

Their customer service can be totally shit so I sympathise with you.

Thanks for your reply. I can't understand why my new energy provider Shell, can't talk to Scottish Power direct instead of leaving it to me to sort. I have just forwarded over 15 emails regarding this incorrect meter reading and will keep sending them all my clutter regarding it until someone senior with an ounce of common sense contacts me. I can also contact the ombudsman, but have to wait 8 weeks, therefore another 3 before I can contact them. Fed up, really fed up.
