To think that my neighbours should just stay in their own sodding houses?!!!

I'm lying in bed trying to sleep. There's a group of about 15 neighbours including young kids stood in the street right 6 house yacking like it's some sort of sodding street party. This happens ALL the time. They're not exactly being quiet about it. I know people are going stir crazy at home but fucking hell, it's 0 degrees out there and they've got toddlers with them, no doubt all mixing, and I'd like to get some bloody sleep before I have to get up for work tomorrow! Is it even in the rules that you can gather in the street with your neighbours for hours?! Bloody fed up with it.

Sounds like a familiar occurrence somewhere in our city. ...

Call the police and ask them to come over and break it up.

Sorry that should say right outside my house.

I'm confused. Do you not own a hosepipe, OP?

Is it even in the rules that you can gather in the street with your neighbours for hours?

Depends, do you know whether any of them donate to the conservative party?

Hosepipe - good call. Next time! I've just yelled out the window asking them to keep the noise down and they've finally fucked off home.
