Doesn't offend me. Although I'm not sure what message they are trying to get across. Is the writing melting because of global warming? Its a bit daft OMI.

VoodooLULUmama · 27/10/2007 14:01

i can't get upset about that , TBH

there was some very well deserved furore about NAS a while ago, with their oversexualisation of their models.

think they like to be 'reactionary'

TheEvilDediderata · 27/10/2007 14:03

But at least they've put the apostrophe in the right place ...

kittywitch · 27/10/2007 14:05

It's ok, this mis-spelling is annoying though

nappyaddict · 27/10/2007 14:29

ok hands up IABU!

Not at all! You can hate it if you want

I think it's dull, which is worse really!

jofeb04 · 27/10/2007 14:52

What is funny though it that is a t-shirt for Global Warming, yet it is made in Portugal - and has to get here somehow!

nappyaddict · 27/10/2007 14:53

i know i thought that too!!

i like the idea they are trying to make people aware of global warming just not the addition of the word "stoopid"

largeginandbloodpunch · 27/10/2007 14:58

You probably wont like this one then...

me laugh though

Sorry

GreatBigHairyMonsterlapin · 27/10/2007 15:02

Funny unless it's your child wearing it, perhaps. I'd hate to see a baby wearing that.

largeginandbloodpunch · 27/10/2007 15:09

Not sure i would be brave enough to put mine in it! There are lots on that site that made me laugh but still not brave enough to get one.

2shoescreepingthroughblood · 27/10/2007 15:24

yabu

DynamicNanny · 27/10/2007 17:00

I personally don't like the t-shirt all though the worst t-shirt I've seen which I hated an members of staff at my nursery liked - was spit on that tissue and I'll call social services -

MrsBadger · 27/10/2007 18:19

I like some of the Twisted Twee stuff though
am itching to get this for dd - she really suits pale blue but this causes severe confusion amongst old ladies...

MrsBadger · 27/10/2007 18:25

and I want one of these

pointydog · 27/10/2007 18:40

I don't get that mother one, mrsB. What am I missing?

twentypence · 27/10/2007 18:48

Better than TOTAL BRAT which I saw written on a 7 month old baby's jacket last week.

ghoulmoonfiend · 27/10/2007 18:59

so everytime you look in the mirror, you tell yourself 'Damn, I'm a good mother,...''

I love those equal opps babygrows, LMAO

3madboys · 27/10/2007 19:00

i dont think they are so bad, i quite like some of the no added sugar ones, there is a site called hellraising tshirts?or something that does some i find distasteful, ie "all daddy wanted was a blow job" but some of their other designs are ok tis up to the parents i guess

pointydog · 27/10/2007 19:03

of course, ghoul! How daft of me

pointydog · 27/10/2007 19:04

I kept thinking of reading Ambulance in the rear view mirror

PTA · 27/10/2007 19:08

I don't think you are being unreasonable at all. On the subject of "no added sugar", I received one of their booklets recently as my sil had bought something for ds2 from it. I was frankly annoyed and upset at the way some of the older child models were done up. Can I just say that I am no prude but some of the hair, make-up and poses were nothing short of kiddie porn.

I have since had my details removed from their mailing list. What is wrong with letting children be children and not mini-adults?

nappyaddict · 28/10/2007 13:50

they had to remove some pictures from their catalogue a while back cos people thought them to be too sexual.
