On a scale from 1-10 , how happy are you?

I would 7 , quite happy but not over the top happy.

Would be higher. but reasons outwith my control.

Today 7/8 yesterday 2/3 , literally never felt so up and down in my life

1. I feel lucky to be broadly content with my lot. I sometimes wish for higher highs, but I'm not prepared to have lower lows to get them.

1. Usually I'd say 7-8, but dp has been pretty rubbish lately and a week of home school/ wfh has left me very frazzled. But could be a lot worse.

1, maybe 2 at a push.

My inner self had forgotten it is 'a cosmic being unmoved by human experiences', so I was 1 last night and earlier today.
However, I am now refocused and an 8.
