On a scale from 1-10 , how happy are you?

10 being happy , 1 feeling down

I would 7 , quite happy but not over the top happy.

It's a weekend and we're having a lovely time so 9.

Monday morning and back to work - 3

Somewhere between an 8.5 - 9.5. I really have very little to complain about generally and life is good. Right now I miss seeing my friends in big groups and I miss theatre, festivals and nightclubs and that makes me a little down sometimes, but I know all that will be available soon.

2 - peri menopause is the culprit so maybe I’d be an 8 but for the bloody hormone chaos

1. Naturally, I’m an 8/9 but a little bit lower in the current circumstances, generally feeling OK though.

As happy as I can be right now, 6 months ago I didn't think DP would still be here but he is and for that I am grateful.

Depends what day you ask. Currently about a 5

About a 6. Things are ok but I'm not really feeling much joy. I'm normally an annoying 8-9 most of the time.

Probably float around a 7. I’m never exactly ecstatic about life, but then I’m rarely down or depressed.

@Notcrackersyet if you'd asked me this time last year I'd have said the same. Sympathy, it sucks doesnt it.

Generally I am a 10.
Currently 9, but I put that down to currently being at work until 7 tomorrow morning and being knackered.
