Can not fault the NHS today - some reassurance

DD 7 fell ill earlier on today - she is a vulnerable child with complex medical history we are in a high rate London area. I was petrified of this happening with the whole ambulance situation but it did.
Daughter became increasingly unwell the last few days until today when she went down hill rapidly called ambulance and they were there within 10 minutes she was seen straight away and treated and sent to the high dependant unit all within 3 hours and is now stable and fast asleep. Please don’t shy away from calling ambulances if needed or needing to see a doctor they are still very happy to see you.

Oh gosh how frightening for you - I hope she gets better soon and this was a really good positive thing to get out there.

I hope your little girl continues to improve. 💐 for you, that must have been frightening.

I hope she’s better soon, and thank you for taking the time to share a positive story among the many frightening ones.

Good to hear a positive story of the NHS at the moment. Hope your DD gets well and is soon home with the rest of the family - it looks like you’re still on the rollercoaster that the last couple of months has thrown at you and hope your new baby is doing well now xx

Lovely to hear a positive story, but how frightening for you. Hope your wee scone is on the mend soon Flowers

@Rememberallball yes they are thinking the blood infection has returned as she stopped IV antibiotics 48 hours ago :(
