I’ve made it my goal this year to get better at understanding my moods and I’ve heard really good things about cycle syncing - tailoring your month based around your monthly cycle.
However, most of the articles I’ve found are quite outdated and there don’t seem to be any apps fully developed for this yet.
Can someone that’s tried it or does it break it down for me? I’m mainly focusing on how I can organise my workload for the month based on my cycles. I know I’m a complete mess during pre-menstrual times and the first few days of my period (I have PMDD) but I’m trying to work out the rest of the month and whether my anxious/self doubt mood right now, for example, is due to me ovulating or because of something else entirely.
