I know so many people are having tough financial times, this truly doesn't apply to you but for those who can afford it, I'd really ask you to consider supporting your local fitness teachers not just free workouts on YouTube.

My mum, sister and many family friends over the country are yoga, pilates, dance and fitness teachers and they are doing worse than ever with numbers so low and people using free content.

I know it's tempting to do free Yoga with Adrienne but even if you did one zoom class a week with a local teacher that could make a huge difference to them.

It's hard times for so many industries I understand that. But it's so hard seeing the business my family has built struggling so much.

I pay for a YWA subscription, I do it because she's (for me) a brilliant teacher, not because it's free.

Are your relatives able to claim from the SEISS? I appreciate not everyone is eligible. Are they able to offer one to one sessions via Zoom, or offer tailored plans? That might be an additional income stream.
