It’s just me, so would I BU to say fuck cooking, throw caution to the wind and have hot chocolate and a picky tea?

I’ve got lots of cheese and crackers but I’ve just had a hotdog in a roll with ketchup and mustard . Very nice too

What picky bits have you all got left after Christmas?

I want mine all gone by tomorrow, sick of it all now. Feel sick.

We had picky lunch today. Would love Chinese for dinner but can't be arsed listening to him whinging about the cost (because obviously the food in the fridge was free )

It was going to be toad in the hole with mash, cabbage and carrots but we’ve just had pizzas delivered instead.

My Sainsburys cheese star is down to one point and some crumbs of the Wensleydale with cranberry, lunch tomorrow sorted

Found a lone piece of of Swiss roll that never got turned into a chocolate log. Is on its way down the pink tunnel to my stomach washed down with a nice cup a char

Slow cooked beef brisket and roast potatoes here. Mmmmm.

In our house this is called a tray supper, and there is nothing grim about it - food of the gods! Cheeses, cold roast beef, salad, olives, pate, crisps, whatever you can find. Delicious - I'm feeling sorry we are having pork in cider now just thinking about it. ☹️

I've just had a small Brie, baked, with crusty bread. It tasted of slightly feety disappointment and now I am sad and eating Christmas chocolate

Someone sent me one for Christmas, so I’m saving them for a special occasion.

I still have all the Xmas chocs, mince pies, a Swiss roll, and lots of other bits. I can see me still eating them mid- June

Just wanted to add in - there was a thread a while back about phrases people hate. "Picky tea" was one of those phrases and ever since then I've loved the phrase picky tea!!
