To ask you to find me a job!

In keeping with the new year new me BS I am desperately hoping to find a new job this year.

For context I graduated from university in my twenties with a degree in English and History. I've never had a clear idea about what I wanted to do but reading and writing are my hobbies and I felt like PR, journalism or copywriting might be up my street. Unfortunately I ended up in a dead end office job after having my kids and I've stayed there ever since. It's been a good job practically to work around the kids but now they are 11 and 9 I feel like I'm ready to pursue something for me. Working from home has also been really isolating and I'm unhappy with the job in a way I haven't felt before. I just feel like now is the time to move forward and break this rut.

My issues are I lack confidence and direction. I still don't really know what I want to do and even if I did I don't really know how to get there. Does anyone have any suggestions for a middle aged woman with very little experience who likes to write for fun? I do have some experience in freelance copywriting too which I've done from home for a few years for a content mill.
