I have a phobia/anxiety over throwing up in public. Actual panic sets in and I definitely get the flight part of fight or flight! I have friends who tell funny stories about throwing up in handbags/trying to be conspicuous so I suppose I'm trying to change my outlook.
Ive been sick a few times but managed to make it to the loo but have been avoiding shopping (mask makes me feel worse) and coming up with some wacky excuses in work (what a time to be sick and have to pretend it's not pregbancy or Corona!).
I try deal with most things in life with a bit of humour where appropriate so please dont be offended by me asking for funny stories at a time you might not call funny. I'm just trying to get through the best I can, thank you!
