My brain has switched on early this morning!

Lay in bed trying to go back to sleep when suddenly my brain wants to know why so many Christmas songs are about finding love on Christmas day, most people spend Christmas day with their family so who the he'll are they falling in love with? Their cousin?

Also has have I just developed hulk like hands in the past few years or have Jacob's crackers really declined in quality. Had crackers last night and every single one broke, they never did that when I was young!!

Anyone else got any random musings?!

I want to know why fairy lights these days either have to be static or manically flashing. I just want a gentle twinkle, I have 5 or 6 sets of lights and I avoid the super modern ones but still none of them are quite right 🤔

I want to know where all the lids for cream pots have gone? Maybe it’s a bid to use less plastic but not everybody uses a whole pot at once.

You are right! I hadn't noticed that but I do now you said it!

I have noticed more than usual manically flashing lights outside people's houses this year too. Not on our estate as the lady across the road is epileptic but lots of houses in our village look like a rave!

@Member DH wants to know this too, it drives him nuts. He's made me buy dips in individual pots this year rather than the tray of 4 that you get because he can't deal with the lack of a lid!

Maybe it's a ploy to make us buy more cream and dips!

But yes we have stopped buying the 4 pack dips as we don't use them all in 1 go and we only really like the onion and garlic and sour cream dips anyway!
