I have a single oven and a turkey and beef to cook tomorrow, plus all the trimmings - just wondered how everyone does theirs? Would you cook the beef in advance to free up room in the oven?

Also, any tips for getting a lovely juicy turkey would be appreciated? I have a crown

I used to do meat first. Parboil the veg so it doesn't need too long in the oven. The veg has gone in when I took the meat out to rest.

Now I plop the bird tighly wrapped into a bbq in a gardenGrin

Meat first then leave covered to rest whilst you do the rest Smile
