Not sure about the various tiers but here in tier 2 we are open from next week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and then again from 4th January.

bp300 · 22/12/2020 16:22

Yes they are allowed to open.

rumerhasit · 22/12/2020 16:23

They never shut, they simply worked from home during March and April but you might need to arrange for photos yourself

rumerhasit · 22/12/2020 16:49

@movingonup20 what would be the best thing to do for photos??

@movingonup20 I was thinking of getting the key to the estate agent and letting them do it??

Unclear about next year. Housing marry ground to halt in the first lockdown.

Jangle33 · 22/12/2020 16:50

Housing market...

Can we please have an edit function!!

rumerhasit · 22/12/2020 17:02

Yes they are open. Is the property empty? If so, give the agents a key and they can do viewings.

rumerhasit · 22/12/2020 17:09

@pilates yes it is empty! I was thinking of doing it that way!

I wanted to get over and check it out and see what state it is in but that's not an option now and I just want it sold!!

Are they open all over? They are in tier 3

If anyone can tell you anything about what will be happening in Jan they need to share their crystal ball Grin

pilates · 22/12/2020 17:12

I would do it now so they can start taking photos, get an EPC done and put property on Rightmove.
