To be nervous about getting tragus pierced

I have been wanting to get my tragus pierced since I was 11 (I am now 21) and my partner has said he will pay for me to get it done as part of my Christmas present but now he has said this I am very nervous as the only other piercing I have are my ear lobes. Please give me your piercing experiences

I love my tragus piercing, so pretty and makes me smile everytime I look in the mirror

It’s all bloody atm and have been advised to leave it till tomorrow before cleaning it

I'm jealous! I had mine done a few years ago but it wouldn't heal so I took it out. I had the flat cartilage pierced a couple of weeks ago and it's still really sore, probably because I keep waking up that side.

Not a fan of the jewellery , want a smaller stud once it’s healed but other than that it’s been fine so far a little itchy but we move
