Private nurseries In tier 4?

Does anyone know if private nurseries are still open in tier 4?. I work in one and we are open next week but did not hear boris mention anything about them.

I'm pretty sure it can as it's a place of education surely

It says...

Education settings such as schools and nurseries will remain open in Tier 4.

It doesn't say private nurseries are excluded.
