DC officials AND Pelosi have both called for the Guard.

I don't get it. The Natl Guard is controlled by each State and is under the SOLE command of that state's Governor. Maybe because DC is not a state they have to get federal authority?

The line between what DC authorities control and what Fed agencies control is very confusing.

This is just unbelievable. And scary as hell. I never expected it to go this far.

And of course let's never forget there is a pandemic.....

You have to hope that Trump goes the way of Caligula or Nero.
