I've had a couple of cocktails and I'm feeling a bit soppy.

You guys are amazing. I've had a rough year with PND and time and time again you were all there for me. Even last Christmas I when I was at my lowest you helped me seek additional support so thank you all. Keep being awesome.

Thanks, yes I do feel much better. Still taking medication but feeling much better in myself. It was my works Christmas do (online) so I made myself some sex on the beach because it's easy.
