I can only recall one scene. A posh man is trying to buy drugs from his dealer, and being really pally with the dealer as if they are mates.
The dealer threatens them both and makes the girlfriend take her top off to prove he’s the boss and show the buyer up and humiliate his girlfriend and him. I remember being shocked at the time.

It’s a Brit film from the 80s or 90s. I think the scene takes place in London. The setting is contemporary (at the time).
It’s been bugging me and I can’t work out how to find out more about the film.

Withnail and I sounds like that kind of thing, although I have never watched the whole thing.
