Nicholas Kristof wrote an expose piece on PornHub and how their practices facilitate images of sexual abuse of adults and minors. Outrage ensued. Mastercard and Visa refused to handle Pornhub transactions.

This is all brilliant, but why did it take them so long? Survivors have been requesting change for years. It is not new news. Does it take a man calling for change for change to actually happen?

The stories shared were really heartbreaking and the biggest change they had to make was removing the download button, which is simple. Now, if they properly moderate it I will die of shock, but abusers will probably just move to another site anyway.
