Work in in tier 3 but living in tier 2?

I don’t know what the rules are for this situation? Can anyone advise ? I tried to google but read different stuff. I don’t know if I supposed to go to work ?

Yes you can still enter a tier 3 area if for work and other circumstances but you have to follow the tier 3 rules. If you look on the gov website it explains it all
