wondering if this is some sort of phishing scam?

I'm on Facebook and I keep seeing these posts.
Someone posts a video with a gobbledygook "code" at the top. I've seen them posted to selling sites, job pages and various groups I'm part of.

Why? What's the deal, I'm seeing several a day now so there must be some gain for them?

wondering if this is some sort of phishing scam?
