Need advice regarding upstairs neighbour. He has lived there for 3 years, so quiet I had no idea anybody had moved in. During lockdown he moved in his ex wife, MIL and grown up son. These flats are designed for single living or a couple. From being quiet it changed to I thought they had taken up clog dancing or playing football with a brick.
The ladies would clatter around and slam the doors on leaving at 5.45 am, waking half the building.

For now it seems to be just him and the son, with the ladies bringing washing, I am assuming as his washing machine never stops now, compared to a few times a week before.
They stand outside and have littered the place with fag ends.
The hard part is, I dont think he wanted them there as he was not letting them in the building initially and they would wait and ambush me or whoever leaving to get in. Then you would hear loud arguing. If they were nice I may have more sympathy but the women barged right past me and my baby grandson with no respect for distancing. They have been obnoxiously rude to me and any neighbours who tried to be friendly. I do not want to make anybody homeless but the son should not be there and is not paying rent. I know it is Christmas and all ....... what would you do? There is a horrible atmosphere in an otherwise friendly building. TIA x
