Times in your life when you've felt ahead and times when you've felt behind?

I remember feeling behind when I was about 17 - all my friends were starting to go out in town and clubbing and at that point I just wasn't into it. I remember feeling that I was really behind everyone as I was happy just having a look round River Island and a friend to sleep over! I suppose thinking back I just hadn't anticipated the massive change that happens when you start college at that age.

What's everyone elses?

Feel ahead now as I have managed to remove two toxic people from one area of my life. This has left me calmer, happier, you name it.

Felt behind recently as I don't have a degree and am in my forties, so I signed up for one. Finish in six years...

I was ahead in terms of getting married young - 21 - and having several DC by age 30.

Massively behind on career and popular culture knowledge now I'm coming out of the fog of the preschool years.
