I have 3 kids. 12, 5 and 3, and I am always being harassed for something, clearing food they haven't eaten, hurrying them to get dressed.

They are good kids and we are really close but they just seem to operate on a different level and I'm exhausted, fed up, run ragged trying to make sure everyone has what they need.

They'll often tidy their own toys or eat all their dinner so this isn't the same moan all the time but I just feel like I'm dying of something most of the time. So much so I've booked a docs appt.

Does anyone else feel
Completely frazzled both mentally and physically??

It probably is just hard work raising 2 older DC and a toddler.
What supplements do you take? Tell me you take vitamin D, a multivitamin and a multimineral at least.

I take a multivitamin......

I've felt like this at times. But simplifying my life as much as possible and making my home minimalist has made things much easier. I follow the minimal mom on YouTube. I realised most of my energy was being spent tidying things up all the time and managing stuff. The less stuff you have the less you have to manage. I've since then had more energy for parenting x

Definitely me too...I'm going to follow her now thanks!
