Bloke in his 20's has discovered a "life hack" to get free food, he says. Any time he orders from just eat he eats his perfectly good meal then puts in a complaint claiming the food was cold on arrival. That results in him being refunded the cost of the meal thus getting it all for nothing.

In the comments he brags that he "hasn't paid for food in ages"

God knows how he has been allowed to get away with it more than once.

MadameBlobby, so you would class a petty criminal in the same category as a rapist, child molester or murderer? I never said I condoned what he's doing just that I don't think he's the definition of scum.

Well by your own definition a child molester or a rapist wouldn’t be scum either because murder is worse than both of these things.

I used to work in hospitality and we had nicknames for regulars.

One was BLT lady. Every time she came in she’d order a BLT and every time she would complain about it. She was a bloody nightmare, her family always looked mortified. After maybe the 10th (maybe more) time the manager suggested that maybe the restaurant wasn’t for her.
