AIBU to wonder why the miscreants aren't picked-up by MNHQ when they first post, instead of after many of us have spent time and effort offering well-meaning advice.

I was just checking to see how the young mother to be from Dublin who was thinking of moving to the UK was getting on and if she'd had further thoughts on her plans, only to see that it was all a flippin' hoax!

There are probably many previously banned posters who sneak under the radar. As I understand it MN can only tell if you have the same IP address unless you are posting obviously inflammatory stuff with an obvious similarity in style. Plus MN do let PBPs back from time to time, I know of at least one.
