Is there a type of real tree that baubles will stay on, ours arrived today and it's pretty useless will probably have to get another decs will just not stay on the branches, they're all so soft. Fk 2020! Never had this problem before!

Wire hooks (the green ones in the picture) and hook the baubles a bit further up the branch from the underneath seems to work better than hanging baubles over the tip of a real tree.

I have a load of these and even these are failing me this year, the branches are just so wispy :-(

Oh no ! I must say ,i noticed when we got our tree they all had very "flappy" & "floppy" branches this year .
Ours also seems to be drying out much quicker than usual.
About right for 2020

Tie them on with cotton - silver or gold thread maybe if you have any, or to match the bauble perhaps. It might be a bit fiddly and you'd need to cut them all off in January but they ought to stay on. Not much you can do about droopy branches except don't tie on close to the ends and use the lightest decorations on the weaker breaches.
