Posting for traffic, because I need help!
I'm taking part in a virtual craft fair next week, and I've been added to the page as a co-host. The organiser encourages I go 'Live' during the event on the event page to chat to potential buyers, but says I don't have to.
I'm not sure about doing that to begin with and am thinking about recording a video, posting photos and links to buy then answering any questions in the comments. I don't think anyone wants to just see me sat there chatting to myself for an hour - they can type questions but can't verbally interact. I'm also not entirely comfortable doing that!
Anyway, if I do go live is there a way of my personal friends not seeing it? They're not attending the event, obviously. It's to a public event so it doesn't look like I can edit the privacy it but I'm wondering if there's some social media genius out there who knows better than I do.
I'm freaking myself out a bit, admittedly. 😂
Would you even bother going live? There's no option of using a business page either, I thought of that!
Help soothe my anxious mind!
