The "challenges" are all theatre to subvert trust in democracy and to radicalise people.
So that won't stop just because the EC has voted.
Why should they ever stop ?
If you can keep convincing enough people to keep paying, you could bake such behaviour into US politics permanently. Given the vast expanses of land, how long before one town or city goes the full Koresh and declares they're only going to follow the "legitimate" people they elected with crayons and cardboard, over the validly elected officials ? And these people may not be able to spell, but they have guns.
