Am I being unreasonable to think they should still attempt to deliver our items. we’ve been waiting for quite a few parcels they delivered one last week and I answered the door holding my 6 month old baby and he done a tiny little cough the delivery man got all upset over it and then kicked my parcel in the door and now they are refusing to deliver the rest of our parcels instead of contacting us and asking us if we have any symptoms which none of us do at all my baby coughed once and never again he isn’t iLl we’re not ill we can’t contact them it just comes upon the tracking info unable to deliver so now I don’t see why they can’t knock on the door and then walk away so they have no contact with us rather then not delivering at all they’ve never had an issue to deliver until now

I did explain to the delivery man that my baby wasn’t showing symptoms and he wouldn’t listen just kept grunting at me and shaking his head I even apologised for my baby coughing too

I thought their general policy these days was just to knock and leave it outside anyway.

LEELULUMPKIN · 30/11/2020 17:20

They are known as herpes in this house. Absolute crap.

Bookworming · 30/11/2020 20:26

They just put the items on doorstep and step back and photograph it, so why won't they deliver?
