To think this post on the products thread is thinly disguised marketing bullsh*t from the company concerned and an abuse of MN

See the link above - this person is damn cheeky - hence my response. Please go and tell them off too if you agree that they are just pretending to be a real Mnetter and are posting their marketing blurb in a thinly disguised way!

if there's a problem report it to mnhq by using the red question mark - they'll delete it if they agree.

Carmenere · 19/10/2007 20:55

It does seem to be the company PR machine at work.

opinionateddad · 19/10/2007 20:56

hmmm.. bit of a grey area here... there seems to be genuine interest from others.. and this person is not actually 'pushing' the item but just asking opinions of others that may already have it..

Carmenere · 19/10/2007 20:58

Eh, well the 'inventor' of the product came on to 'answer' questions (which weren't asked in all honesty). It seems fairly harmless but cynical.

boo64 · 19/10/2007 21:00

I don't have a problem with the original post at all. I don't even really have a problem with the inventor coming on here to answer questions but it is the last one before mine that I think is a load of b***cks and made up.

If a product maker wants opinions they should just ask and let us know who they really are.

ArmadilloDaMan · 19/10/2007 21:15

The whole thread sounds like an advert. I'm guessing it's the marketing section with several different names.

toastedteacake · 19/10/2007 21:40

So much for monitoring the thread and getting back with answers to any queries..... Looks like you've scared them off boo64

lucykate · 19/10/2007 21:59

i posted on it asking what happens when your baby vomits on it (which inevitably they do), where do they sleep while their whole mattress is in the washing machine, but looks like the whole thread has been deleted

boo64 · 19/10/2007 22:41

Yes I can't find it now either which is a shame as you and others had genuine questions.

A cache version exists in Google up to the post by the inventor.
